Standard heaters per GOST 13268-88 and custom to drawing

We manufacture standard products per GOST 13268-88, as well as custom heaters to customer drawings accounting for the specific parameters required. International standards — DIN, IEC, ASTM — are available on request.

Lead time: 3–5 days. Orders are accepted in any quantity: from 1 piece to large batches. For volume customers a loyalty programme applies: the larger the batch, the lower the unit price. Regular supply agreements with fixed pricing can be arranged.

What to include in a custom order enquiry:

• Drawing or photo — dimensions, shape, terminal positions;
• Heating medium — water, oil, air, aggressive liquid;
• Power and voltage;
• Mounting type — fitting, flange, studs, fixing holes;
• Operating temperature and flow velocity (for air heaters);
• Quantity — single piece or batch.

Direct manufacturer pricing — what it means in practice

Direct-from-manufacturer pricing does not mean a drastically lower price than the market average. We have no distributor markups, but we supply heaters that match branded alternatives in quality. Many customers initially look for "the cheapest" option — and find either counterfeits or heaters with cut-down specifications (less nichrome, thin sheath, missing periclase filler).

We do not make such compromises — construction fully meets GOST specifications. Our savings come from elsewhere: no distribution network, direct customer relationships, in-house logistics. The result is a final price 15–30% below the market for comparable quality.

Very often our products are used as drop-in replacements for failed imported heaters — including domestic appliances: boilers, sauna heaters, washing machines, electric convectors. The customer sends a photo of the old "European" heater, we reproduce the design 1:1 with identical mounting dimensions — a direct compatible replacement that works with standard terminal blocks.
